![]() ![]() Poof, 2 boars and wolf come straight there. The only thing that even came into camp was a large deer, and like an idiot, I shot and killed it. The composter refillled a can before another one was even emptied. Each filled can mined exactly 30 exotics. I had 2 full cans in my inventory at most times, so 4 cans wasn't probably necessary. I brought 4 filled biofuel cans, the biofuel composter, and a mortar and pestle (to make more tree sap). The RNG on the titanium nodes is sometimes it a bit goofy (had one mission where in a cave with 150+ nodes, there was 1, and only 1, titanium node). Also a bunch of other stuff like a tier 3 recurve bow, flashlight, platinum and titanium tools.ītw, there's a cave directly north of where you land in that mission, and has all the ore you will need in one cave. As a side effect of having to gear up to the fabricator, I had enough titanium mined and smelted by the time I had it, to make a tier 4 hunting rifle. Not disputing it was, just had to see it with my own eyes.Īll I had to gear up to was to the Fabricator, and then make an extractor (20 iron bars, 5 electronics, easy). I just did the mission "Wetwork: Extermination" in the riverlands, and the exotic vein was exactly where icarusintel said it would be. It's all a bit confusing because you have no idea which caves to search and those with pitfalls may have no unstuck positions, so other than building a ramp, you're going to respawn at the dropship if you do decide to 'unstuck' yourself. So, it seems you can also explore caves and presumably crevices to find exotic voxels, I'm still a little confused though - is a vein the same as a voxel? It doesn't appear so, as the vein locations don't seem to be in caves. The 19 missions that don't have exotic veins are. So, just to confirm, the 27 missions highlighted by Icarus Intel that do actually have exotic veins are as follows (note I have included if there is also an exotics reward for these missions indicated by a YES and the number of exotics you will be rewarded). ![]()
